American Road Services Company, the insurance claims component of Ford Motor Credit Company, is seeking to fill an Auto Physical Damage Insurance Adjuster (Field Service Manager) position in the greater southern Colorado area.This is a key pointed (home based) position responsible for handling auto physical damage claims on vehicles damaged in-transit from the assembly plants, on dealers lots and/or while in company car service.

Interested candidates must be willing to travel overnight as required and travel can be as much as 50%. Normal travel within the territory, that includes southern Colorado, New Mexico, and western Kansas ,as well as travel outside of the region to respond to catastrophe losses across the country can be longer during severe weather periods and can last for several weeks at a time. Long term, the company is looking for candidates that have the ability to move up through the organization (in field and/or central office management or staff positions). Career development opportunities may require relocation. The position does qualify for a company car and a complete package of benefits.
